My first and only time filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy with Stuart at first was somewhat of a complicated matter. When I first started the process with Stuart, I hadn't filed my taxes from 2016 and 2017. I had an issue filing my 2016 tax return due to lost W-2's so to resolve that issue to get the proc...ess going I filed them using a form 5238 I believe it was called for filing without a W-2. I was also told to provide a wage and earnings transcript from that year for the courts and Stuart was able to prevent the case from being dismissed. His pricing was fair as he gave me a discount for being a veteran. He's a phenomenal attorney who I would recommend to anybody in need of his services. Trust me he's that good at what he does.
