Work Related Injury

In 2007 I sustained a work related injury and retained Attny Bareck to represent me with my employer. This was the first time that I needed an attorney for any legal matters. I didn’t know what to expect, however, after meeting Attny Bareck for the first time I knew he was the right person to handl...e my case. Attny Bareck explained the legal process and what to expect during this case. His experience, knowledge of the law and compassion for me as a client where proven to be true and sincere. Attny Bareck never neglected me or my case. He was always available to speak with me personally. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case, because he always kept me up to date with the status of my case. There was several times where my employer tried to make things difficult for me such as stopping my weekly compensation or paying for medically necessary treatments. With no hesitation Attny Bareck was able to address these issues promptly with a resolution in my favor. If I ever need the assistance of an Attorney in the future, Attorney Bareck will be my only choice. I have and will continue to recommend Attorney Bareck to anyone that needs legal counsel, he has the legal knowledge, expertise and compassion individuals need when facing legal issues. I truly appreciated all the time and attention he put into my case and was very happy with the resolution of my case.

Great Work Comp Lawyer

Phil went over and beyond to get me the settlement he thought I should receive. Everytime I had a question or a problem he responded and answered or took care of any issues I had. I would highly recommend Phil to anybody who is needing a lawyer to get them the best results and the best settlement for... his client. Excellant Lawyer

I had Philip Bareck a few years ago when I fell at work and broke two ribs and my employer denied me workers comp. They also took my sick time away and made use other time to cover the days of work I missed. Not only did Philip win my case, he got them to give the days they took from me back to me.... He told me up front that it would take time and he kept me informed and updated me that the case was still waiting to be heard. It did take awhile, but the end result was he won my case. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone fighting their right to workers comp.
