Great guy, very profesional and informed !!!

Great attorney!!!! Neal kept me very aware of everything i had to go through, and what i needed to do at every turn. Everything he told me about the process played out almost to the T, and hes also very communicative. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Motocycle accident

My attorney Neal Gainsberg was very responsive to all my question regarding my motorcycle case. Great accident lawyer! Aggressive and Professional!

I fell at a large chain store. The store said they did nothing wrong and refused to pay for my injury. I hired Neal Gainsberg and he fought the store aggressively, He got my case settled for a good amount. He was very professional and explained everything along the way. He made this whole ordeal smo...oth and not stressful. He was a great trial attorney.

Great Lawyer

Neal Gainsberg is a great attorney. He helped me with a money dispute with a former friend and obtained a judgment for me. Neal listened and paid attention to any question I had, answered my calls right away, and was there for me at every point during the case. He knew exactly what to do in court.... Bankruptcy & Debt advice session

I was an authorized user on my deceased father's creidt card. My father's estate should have paid for the card debt but the law firm hired by citbank used pressure and legal scare tactics to squeeze me to pay the debt. I was listed as the defendant and never should have been from the get go. This att...orney said, pretty much oh well. Nothing legally I can do about the case file sitting in public view. Not worth the money I paid.

Unfortunately, this person purchased a phone advice session and asked whether it was possible to remove a public record. The caller was forced to pay a debt that she did not owe after the creditor pressured her to pay a debt and wrongfully filed a lawsuit against her. I informed her there was nothing legally she could do to remove a public record about a civil matter.
