Me and my wife had purchased a 2015 Tahoe LTZ for nearly $70,000. Within 5,000 miles, we started having trouble with the front end as well as other areas. After nearly 120 days in the shop and numerous steering columns replaced. We asked the dealer to get GM involved. They did so with no help from GM.... We went thru 2 case numbers and several trips to the dealer almost an hour away. After getting no help from GM or the dealer, we contacted John. He was very responsive with what we could expect and if we met any criteria of help. He did find a way and had GM buy the Tahoe back from us with our full trade in plus paid back to us. we delivered the vehicle back to the dealer at their surprise. It was very painless and John handled everything from start to finish. I would recommend him to anyone with an ongoing problem with a new vehicle. If you don't, its your loss as we found out on our own.
