I highly recommend attorney Jeffrey Antonelli and Alec Dardis. During my recent encounter with Strike 3 Holdings. Other lawyers kept me hanging and treated me as if there is not enough profit to be made from my case, but Jeffrey and Alec spent the time to explain the situations and what could be... the possible outcomes. You must read this if you need a solution. My ISP was subpoenaed by a media company for my identity for alleged illegal downloading activity. Like tape players, they all said I have to settle (to keep my identity private and not risk being gouged for more) and based on the counts against me, it was going to run $9 grand minimum and most said $12 grand plus an attorney's fee.
