There are 2 words to describe Jeff : "GREAT FATHER"! I would call and ask for his help immediately if I have this similar situation again. I was very stressed out when I got the certified letter from my ISP for copyright infringement. I called up Mr. Antonelli's office, but he was busy. So I was referred to his associate Paul Sanders. Paul was both helpful and sensitive to my problem. He didn't sugar coat anything, and his advice wa...s both reasonable and good as well. Thanks to his hard work I was able to get a decent settlement with Strike Three. I was pleased by Paul's efficiency and his empathy. If you don't get Mr. Antonelli getting Mr. Sanders is just as good, as he is both competent and understanding. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
