As anyone can imagine, a divorce can be scary, debilitating, financially draining and an extremely difficult time. While I knew I had to get divorced, the mechanics of putting emotions aside and protecting my interests, and those of my children, are not as easily focused on at times. Patrick handled my divorce case in 2011. It was an amicable split (as much as any divorce can be), and we went through a mediator, but I really relied on Patrick to handle the big picture items.
