I've had 3 evictions for different reasons in the last 10 years. I used three different lawyers each time. Sims I used last. Wish I had used him for the first two. None of the other lawyers had his computer system that I could put on my phone, none of the other lawyers ever talked to me the way Sims ...did. He told me things he found out about the property from City of Chicago Building violations all the way to were the property taxes paid. Also got the eviction totally removed from my record. He's the real deal.

I want to say this about Attorney Sims. My management company allowed me to go without a dishwasher, and with mold in my kitchen and bathroom for literally months and months. I called, I wrote emails, I sent in work orders. Nothing. I even went to the boiler room and found the maintenance man and all... he told me to do was to contact management. I called in Attorney Sims, payed him 1 month rent instead of too the management . In 14 days everything was fixed. I still don't know how he did it but like 2 days after hiring him they were all scrambling to come inspect my unit and make repairs. So thank you Mister Sims!!!!!!!!!!!
