Dean has done what others could not. After 3 years 4 law firms and 330,000 in retirement funds I lost everything. That I did not mind. It was my 3 children in an abusive house hold that hurt. Other law firms bounced around financial disclosures until I was broke. In a last ditch effort I borrowed money and went looking for a new lawyer. Most laughed at me. The big name fathers right guy would not even look for less than 10g. Law schools turned the backs to me. I turned to Avvo. I posted all my info. Dean responded with in minutes. I called his office on a Saturday. Again he was on top and we set an appointment Monday! Other lawyer responded some telling me what a bad person I was! I was at the end of my rope and so where the children. By Wednesday we went to court. Dean ran the room. I walked with an emergency order of custody! My children are now with me for almost two months. They are very happy, I'm over joyed. We have been to court several times. Each time Dean takes charge stands between me and any opposing force. I never say a word. He remembers and drives them back. Most firms stood behind me. They let the system beat me over and over. I hate the system. I have few good words. But Dean has shown me hope that justice exists! I will stand beside Dean Taradash anytime any where. I've been able to sleep at night not wondering if I was going to get sole custody or not, or if supervised visitation for my son's father would go through or not. Dean handled my divorce and got everything I was going for and finalized the divorce in 90 days. He's all business, so if you're looking for someone to hold your hand and sympathize he may not be for you. He's direct and to the point and gets done what needs to be done. He's the type of lawyer I need...ed for my divorce to get it done and over with. He did really seem to care what was best for my kids and got me full custody and limited visitation to my ex wife (who was a drug user). Highly recommend him if you're looking for a no nonsense lawyer that gets the job done.

In fairness this has been a long time coming, 2017. BUT......it neeeds to be shared. I was locked in a hostlie divorce where my former spouse was behaving in ways that is referred to as Parental Alienation Sundrome; research through the APA and the DSM5 ackowledge: " (Induced parental alienation i...s a specific form of psychological child abuse, which is listed in DSM-5, the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), under diagnostic code V 995.51 "child psychological abuse." As I stumbled across Taradash's website promotion of his expertise in ths area (it has since been changed dramatically), and trusting what he had informed me about his expertise in Parental Alienation it was only later that in an exasperated phone call he openly doubted everything that I was telling him about what was happening to my children and I, then TOLD ME HE NEEDED PROOF that what I was telling him was actually happpening. I asked what kind of proof he needed, and when he told me I provided exactly what he asked for. In a subsequent phone call, exasperated by the proof he requested and I provided him, he stated that he could not believe what was happening and stated specifically that he had no professional experience with Parental Alienation and thus I immediately fired him. He lied about his experience for almost a year, while taking advantage and capitalizing on a parent who was desperately fighting for his children, who loves his children UNCONDITIONALLY and in the end Dean Taradash demonstrated absoutely ZERO integrity in any word or action diplayed while, by his own words in the last phone call, had no direct professional training and expertise with Parental Alienation (now refered to as Attachment Based Parental Alienation). Did you know that Dean Taradash?? Have not seen my daughters in ten years. This is why I hired him so that would not happen. It has been a long time coming to write this review. MY WORDS retain integrity. I promised a review. Did he learn anything from his deception? Character is extremely difficult to change. You are who you are. Think about this sidenote.....Dean Taradash continued to take retainers from me while appearently knowing he had no professional background with he which he stated he did in PA?? No integrity. Never returning any of the retainers I paid him for expertise he never had. ( Caps for emphasis outside of capitalized terminologies)
