I was injured at work in 2011 and unfortunately hired a different work comp attorney who turned a very easy work comp claim into a nightmare. Keep in mind that due to work comp rules, JCs firm couldn't be fully compensated, as the previous terrible attorney was entitled to a portion of the claim despite his complete mishandling of the case.
