Excellent Lawyer

Ted was excellent in communicating what to expect and what not to expect. He also does a great job in knowing how to get through the legal system on your behalf. You will not be disappointed if you hire Ted for your case.

Highly Recommend!!

Mr Hammel made me feel confident with the meetings prior to court, the excellent communication every step of my case, and updates from Stacey, his paralegal. I appreciated his guidance. If you follow his instructions, complete the work prior to court, Mr Hammel WILL obtain your most favorable outcome.... I can't express my appreciation enough. He is efficient, professional, and knows how to get it done. I put my trust in him, he got my misdemeanor reckless driving reduced to a petty speeding ticket, I kept my license, and doing his homework actually made me more of a conscientious driver. There were times I was very nervous and both Mr Hammel and Stacey took the time to encourage me. Again, many thanks to your both, I highly recommend your law firm.

Saved my Life

I had no knowledge or experience in the field of even looking for a lawyer. I got a recommendation in which he was highly spoken of. I called him up, we met that day, and the rest is history. Dui case found not guilty!

On june 30 of year 2017 i have been pulled over for various reasons like; illigal parked on side of road, illigal transportation of alcohol which then followed to a DUI. I did not know what will happen next so i began searching for an attorny. I contacted many attorneys but no one seemed intrested ...in my case until i found Mr. Ted Hammel. When i spoke to Mr. Hammel he suggested to stop by for free consultation to discuss my case. I was very scared but mr hammel was very straight foward with the details i provided. He is very calm, intelligent and a lawyer thath not only know what he is doing but he is the best in explaining illinois law. Every time i was in court mr. hammel was more than prepared he was on time, confident and ready. On my final court date i was set for a bench trail and mr hammel was ready to present my case to the judge and defend me. When the bench trail was over i was found not guilty thanks to Mr. hammels strategies because they are unique, he know how to fight for peoples rights. Mr. Hammels office also has payment arrangements wich helped me trough out my case, i would highly recommend Mr. hammel and his crew to fight for your rights. They are the best in what they do because i was kept informed and up to date on any information from court. Please do everything mr hammel assigns to you he really know what's best for you.

Excellent Choice

Ted and his Legal Assistant Stacey are first-rate. Ted met with me within 30 minutes of my first call to his office, and calmly explained my options and exactly what I was facing. Without promising me an outcome, he did promise to attack the situation I was in vigorously. Over the course of the n...ext 15 months (the wheels of justice do not move quickly) and several appearances, they were always available to take my call and more importantly reassure me of the process.
