DUI stop while driving under a revoked license

**Review for My Attorney:** I cannot recommend my attorney highly enough. He took on my DUI case when I was feeling overwhelmed and scared about what the future held. From our very first conversation, he was professional, straightforward, and honest about the situation while giving me realistic ho...pe. He thoroughly reviewed all the evidence, identified key issues with the case, and fought hard on my behalf. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, the DUI charge was **dismissed** (for the time being). That result was better than I expected, and I’m incredibly grateful for the stress he took off my shoulders during a very difficult time. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained everything in plain English, and was always responsive to my calls and questions. If you’re facing DUI charges and need someone who knows what they’re doing and truly has your back, look no further. Ted and Terry were both amazing, they explained everything from start to finish and really fought to win! I highly recommend them! if you are in any kind of trouble these are your guys!!

I like Ted’s professionalism.

Ted Hammel represented me for a minor traffic accident. I felt like I was wrongly charged with the accident, but I can’t unring that bell. So Ted said you don’t want this ticket going on your driving history at the State of Illinois because it will affect your insurance. So Ted told me the best way ...to handle this. I followed his lead and after six months from the accident happening, I went in the court, and I walked out with the case being dismissed. I like Ted’s professionalism and I would recommend him to any friend or family member. I also hired Ted to represent me for not wearing a seatbelt. He told me I would have to watch a two hour video online at home. Answer some questions regarding the video I just watched and once you pass that you get a certificate that you can screenshot, I sent it over to Ted and he submitted certificate to the court, and the case was dismissed. I never had to go to court once on that seatbelt case which is a pain because I would have to drive all the way out to Joliet probably two times. Thanks again, Ted.

Hammel Law is Amazing!

I have to express that Hammel Law is amazing, hands down, period and exclamation point! Coming from my challenging issue where the situation at hand had little to no hope of coming full circle in association with the negative long term potential impact on my career, Mr. Hammel and his team did amazin...gly right by me. This includes taking my case after a previous attorney was unable to help me despite an expensive retainer, but also by being flexible and working with me in relationship to my financial limitations. This also includes Mr. Hammel and his associates being overtly communicative, clearly expressing every step of the situation as things went, in ways other attorneys are typically challenged by. Finally, Mr. Hammel took the time and spent the energy to look more closely into the facts of my case to find a way to actually help me and give me hope that wasn’t previously there. I cannot find words to express how blessed I feel and just how appreciative of their help and support I am. Take it from me, going with Hammel Law is the best decision I have made and would highly recommend their legal services to anyone without hesitation.
