Ted hammel

Ted was the best person I could have had to represent me. I don't have a very large income yet he made it work he figured out payment because he wanted to help me he wasn't one the lawyers who is just worried about the money. He kept me informed and had me prepared for court every time with extras th...at would make the judge impressed. He helped me get my license back and fix the other tickets I had. I would highly recommend using him as your lawyer you will not be disappointed

Helped Lessen the Severity of My Speeding Ticket

I received a speeding ticket under the new more severe law in Illinois. A friend recommended Ted as he helped her with a DUI. He clearly laid out my options and what he thought he could do, which was plead it down to a lesser charge that wouldn't affect my record. He was reasonably priced and easy to... work with. I paid a set amount upfront which covered my case unless we went to trial, which we didn't. I ended up going to court 4 times but it was mostly due to the traffic state's attorney being out on maternity leave, making it harder for decisions to be made. Ted was persistent and eventually got the ticket plead down. He recommended I start my volunteer hours as soon as we met, which helped give me more time to get it done. His office took care of the act of paying the ticket on my behalf and Ted will be going to court on my final date to show I've completed everything - I don't have to take additional time off to do either. It's clear he has a lot of experience with these types of cases and has a lot of relationships within the Will County legal community. I would definitely use Ted again (but let's hope I don't need too!) and would highly recommend him.

Very knowledgable

Attorney Ted Hammel was able to negotiate and reduce my moving violation to a non-moving one,;thus helping me stay on the road and keep providing for my family as a commercial driver.

Ted P. Hammel took care of business!

I had a DUI, speeding ticket, improper lane usage, and an illegal transportation of alcohol case in Will County. The matter was resolved within seven months with an acquittal of the DUI and the improper lane usage. I walked away with the court supervision and fines for the speeding and open alcohol. ...Ted Hammel took care of business and worked with me on the attorney fees. I highly recommend Ted P. Hammel.
