Will County DUI

After calling Ted’s office and being put right through to him, he suggested I come down to meet him and review the charges I had against me; Excessive Speeding, Improper Lane Usage, Following Too Close and DUI. Ted met with me as soon as I arrived to his office, heard my story and then explained what... the next steps will look like. Before each court date, we met for a few minutes in his office to review any details and then proceeded across the street where he would have me checked in. Ted clearly does his homework, studies his cases, and knows the laws of the State. As the Judge went through the ruling, I was found guilty of speeding and improper lane usage. The other two, following too closely and DUI were read out as Not Guilty. I was in shock! Sitting there almost not believing what Ted had accomplished. Ted and Stacey work so well together and both give you that feeling of confidence and control where the situation is being managed, and they will provide you with the best results. Times, dates, next steps, everything they do together works perfectly. Thank you both so much. I strongly recommend Hammel Law to anyone needing a great law firm; Hammel Law without a doubt is who you need on your side.

Highly Recommend!!

Mr Hammel made me feel confident with the meetings prior to court, the excellent communication every step of my case, and updates from Stacey, his paralegal. I appreciated his guidance. If you follow his instructions, complete the work prior to court, Mr Hammel WILL obtain your most favorable outcome.... I can't express my appreciation enough. He is efficient, professional, and knows how to get it done. I put my trust in him, he got my misdemeanor reckless driving reduced to a petty speeding ticket, I kept my license, and doing his homework actually made me more of a conscientious driver. There were times I was very nervous and both Mr Hammel and Stacey took the time to encourage me. Again, many thanks to your both, I highly recommend your law firm.

Wonderful Job

After already having court supervision I received 2 additional speeding tickets. One 60 in a 35 and a 60 in a 45 in a construction zone. Hired Ted since I have work with when he was with Brummel law firm. Ted worked to get me supervision for the first offense and had the second offense reduced to a n...on construction zone offense. I was fortunate to avoid suspension thanks to Ted. The judge told me on the first offense I made a good decision to hire him for my defense. I would recommend Ted to anyone.

Ted Hammel is the BEST

Mr. Hammel did an amazing job representing me after I was ticketed for speeding in a constructiin zone. I do not have the best of records, but my record was no match for Mr. Hammel. After long hours and a ton of work, my case was dismissed and I did not have to pay anything. So grateful for him and a...ll of his teammates at his office. He is highly recommended by me.

Not Guily Verdict!!

Just had Mr Hammel represent me out in Grundy County for a D.U.I plus a handful of tickets. NOT GUILTY on everything but a small speeding ticket. The man knows his business and I am very pleased with the way everything worked out.
