Ted will help you beyond expectation

I was involved in an accident in July of 2019 where I was struck by another vehicle. After having the accident investigated, I was arrested for DUI for being just over the limit. I was recommended Ted from friends who work in law enforcement that know him and how good he is in court. Before speaking ...with him and his team, I thought the world was coming to an end since this was my first traffic offense. He thoroughly explained how everything works with the suspension and had me do several things to be prepared in case of conviction. Without going too far into detail, Ted was able to argue that a minor medical condition and my behavior throughout my detainment proved that there was no way the court had enough evidence to convict me despite having blown over the limit with the PBT and the BAC analyzer in the police station. I was completely blown away that I had the DUI charges and traffic violation thrown out. Ted and his team went beyond my expectations and I highly recommend him if you found yourself in a similar situation. The courts might push your date back or continue the trial (mine was continued more than 7 times) but he never treated my case like it was an old problem. When arguing my case in court, Ted performed like his life was on the line. I can't recommend him enough.

First class representation!

I was charged with aggravated DUI/4. No death or injury to others. The fact that this was my 4th offense was enough to make this a very serious matter. My last offense being 15 years ago, that doesn't matter in Illinois. Facing 3-7 years in DOC I thought my life was over. Ted and his team guided me t...hru the process expertly and without judgement. I always felt like I was in good hands. He used whatever means at his disposal to attempt to beat the charges against me before the trial. I was eventually acquitted of the felony DUI in a bench trial and only received a couple traffic citations. I wouldn't wish being in the spot I was in on anyone, but if you are, call Ted and listen to what he says. You won't be disappointed.

I had a speeding case driving 38 over the speed limit and he got my case reduced to a petty offense. He definitely knows what he’s doing. Don’t think twice and hire him you won’t regret it!

Great attorney

Mr Hammel represented me on a traffic offensive, not only is he very reasonably priced but a very nice person to deal with. His whole office had a very pleasant atmosphere about. I’ll definitely use him again if the need arises.
