DUI Related

I first caught my case crashing a vehicle. My first DUI, I was referred to Ted Hammel by a friend. As soon as I called him, he handled my case quickly giving me advice and had a reasonable retainer fee. He worked with me. Very Professonal and knowledgeable. He was able to get most of all my tickets ...and other charges dropped. I highly recommend him! Give him all five stars and will refer him to anyone that I know in need of a good lawyer!

Hire Ted immediately

I came to Ted desperate for a solution to a pretty bad speeding ticket. It was out of my normal character to go those speeds- and I was a mess over it. Ted was there for me- understanding- responsive and solved the issue in no time at all. Any other words other than "hire him immediately" are wasted... words- just do it!

Absolutely grateful

I hired on attorney Ted Hammel late October 2023 for a major traffic incident in which I fled the scene, Ted made clear instructions and was attentive and clear in what the next steps would be for each court date, he never made false promises and set expectations. Thankfully the case verdict went i...n my favor and I was left court with a criminal case that was dropped and was left with only one petty ticket, I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative for Ted’s honesty, knowledge and respect.

Helped a parent that was stressed

My 16yr old daughter had a minor disagreement with a curb which set all the airbags off in my car, causing her to call 911 in a panic. I arrived on the scene to 2 fire trucks, an ambulance and at least 3 police cars. She was already in the ambulance by the time I got there, so to say I was worried ...is an understatement. Long story short, she was ok physically, but the officer on the scene insisted since the airbags went off, a citation of "improper lane usage" HAD to be issued. Monday morning I called Mr Hammels office and spoke with Stacy, who was wonderful, and they offered to help guide me in the right direction. Mr Hammel went to the first court date but couldn't get the case dismissed because he didnt have my accident report (that I didnt even realize the officer fills out for us now) was in my 16yr olds email. He set a trial and we sent him the accident report. About 6 weeks later we showed up to court and everything was dismissed, no questions asked. Mr Hammel was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was so stressed and he just breezed in and we breezed out and I literally was like, what just happened. He told me and my daughter to have a good day! Would 100% recommend Mr Hammel to ANYONE with any driving issues, it's definitely his specialty
