Hire Ted immediately
I came to Ted desperate for a solution to a pretty bad speeding ticket. It was out of my normal character to go those speeds- and I was a mess over it. Ted was there for me- understanding- responsive and solved the issue in no time at all. Any other words other than "hire him immediately" are wasted...
