Attorney of the Year

On September 1, 2013, I was in a single vehicle car accident in which I nearly died. Unfortunately, alcohol was involved and by the Grace of God, I did not hurt or injure anyone but myself. Approximatley one week after my accident my wife began receiving advertisements from many attorneys in the area... claiming they could help me with my DUI charge. Mr. Hammel was the ONLY attorney that included a pamphlet with information about the Laws involving DUI convicitions. After our first court date, we called Mr. Hammel and he requested we come into his office that day. After only 30 minutes, Mr. Hammel had a plan on how he would represent me and present my case in court. After many court dates, thanks to Mr. Hammel's ingenious abilities, my case was dismissed in February 2014, only to be reopened in July 2014, which Mr. Hammel informed us in February could happen. On September 9, 2014, I was in court for my final court date, a bench trial. Mr. Hammel was more than prepared. He was calm and reassuring to myself and my wife. He conducted himself in court in a highly educated and intelligent fashion, with a retort for every question and/or statement presented by the prosecution. HIGHLY IMPRESSIVE! Mr. Hammel should be nominated "ATTORNEY OF THE YEAR!" I can NEVER repay him for what he has done for me and my family. His fees were more than fair, he was ALWAYS available for questions and/or concerns, and CONSISTENTLY kept us informed on each and every aspect of my case from day one! Thank you does not seem enough for what he has done for me, but, THANK YOU MR. HAMMEL!!!!

Ted Hammel is the best!

Ted Hammel help me beat my Dui case! He is a great attorney with a lot of knowledge in the courts. I would highly recommend him to anybody trying to fight a DUI case. I would definitely hire him again if ever needed.

Very knowledgable

Attorney Ted Hammel was able to negotiate and reduce my moving violation to a non-moving one,;thus helping me stay on the road and keep providing for my family as a commercial driver.

Fantastic Lawyer!!!!!!!!!!

Ted Hammel Did an excellent job representing me in my DUI case. I was acquitted of all charges Ted was very knowledgable and tactful in his approach. He shredded right through the states attorney!!! Ted has great communication skills & and extensive understanding of the law, I would HIGHLY recommend ...him!!! Thank you again Ted, your hard work does not go unnoticed. I appreciate everything you did for me!!!
