I hired Mr. Cohen after trying to work with Ford myself on a 2013 Ford Fusion which had been in the shop a half dozen times in the first year replacing a multitude of different components. I wish I hadn't wasted my time and hired Scott and his team from day one, these large companies have zero inter...est in working with an individual. They've created a complicated network with 3rd party companies designed to make sure you hit a roadblock. To top it off these 3rd party companies have to prove their value by essentially 'making you go away'. After being frustrated for months straight trying to use the warranty method in the owners manual, I called Mr. Cohen. It took lots of litigation and persistence Scott and his team won my case. I would highly recommend Scott for any Lemon Law or Warranty law case. These things drag out and get very specific, I wouldn't trust a 'general law' attorney with something as important or expensive as a vehicle. Five stars all the way.
