We had a car that had been in the shop several times in a 10 month period going through 4 transmissions, 3 rear differentials and still had issues along with others. We hired Scott and he was very prompt in handling all issues. I would always have an answer from him within 24 hours. He had a game pla...n from the very beginning and would tell me how he wanted to approach the issue. He always kept us informed as to what was going on with the case. I have nothing but good to say about Scott. He exceeded the expectations of what we thought we would get back from our car and then some. He was always very caring about the situation at hand and even though times would get frustrating for us he always knew how to handle the situation and assure me things were okay and just needed to wait a little longer for the other party to respond. Hopefully we never have this situation again, but if we do Scott will be my first contact. He was amazing and professional.

We noticed problems with our 2011 driving it home from the dealer. After several months of getting nowhere with Dodge even though they admitted a problem we looked for a lemon law attorney. There are not many out there. The company attorney where my wife works recommended Scott's firm. About a week before the trial date, Dodge settled. Although we would have liked more (who wouldn't) because of all the frustration Dodge put us through, my wife and do feel the settlement was fair.
