Larry Dohman is a top notch attorney in the Cook County court system. He is highly educated in the DUI laws and takes the time to learn about any changes in the law system. The night I was pulled over and arrested for a DUI, I knew that I needed the best of the best when it came to hiring an attorney. This was my second offense. I hired Mr. Dohman to defend me on a DUI charge from Hannover Park PD that occurred in January '14. I found out about Mr. Dohman through a police officer relative of mine who recommended Larry because of his experience at the Rolling Meadows courthouse. We went to trial and won, despite me having an empty six pack of beer sitting shotgun and foolishly telling the officer "I'll win this because you don't have enough evidence". I was arrested for my 4th DUI (oldest one was 10 years ago) and Larry Did a wonderful job of getting a not guilty verdict! I have a CDL and that changes the rules that the state is allowed to badger you for a DUI. I thought it was going to cost me my license, and jail time, and TONS of money, and my ...job. I didn't loose anything, and Larry reassured me that nothing bad was going to happen, and that I would not have a felony on my record (which if I had a felony I could not work for the government jobs that I do on a very frequent basis).
