Negligence and Wrongful death in a nursuing home for my father

I used Jeff previously in a lawsuit for my mom when he was at a large law office. He was great and I really enjoyed working with him. When my Dad passed away due to negligence and wrongful death from a nursing home, there was only one attorney I needed to help me and that was Jeff. I walked into his... office and told him I need his help with Dad, he listened to me and was really compassionate about what he was hearing. Jeff knew my Dad from the previous case we had with my mom. Jeff went to work. He knew what we needed to do. Jeff is so knowledgeable experienced and is so compassionate. Although this case was very hard on me, it was a pleasure to work with Jeff again. He gets to know his clients personally. This was very helpful to know he understands your emotions. Jeff does not mind when you help him on certain details, or make suggestions, etc. he makes you part of his team. I am glad he was on my side, Jeff is a very good attorney and always has his clients best at hand. I highly recommend Jeff Martin to anyone. Dealing with a death is very hard for the families, but Jeff thru his professionalism compassion, knowledge and experience made this horrible ordeal a little better to handle. Nursing Student

I would recommend this attorney to anyone who wants to seek justice and to be treated and represented fairly. I feel this attorney went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. He is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He represented us in the untimely and unexpected death of our 5-year... old son while he was being hospitalized.
