This is my 2nd time having to use Jeanette. Every time I talk with her, I hang up the phone thinking to myself I like her more and more. Very knowledgeable of the laws and advised me greatly as to my options and made sure I truly understood what was going on. She didn't just advise me to do something... just to make the case easier. Truly helped fight for me and my cause, and didn't allow me to get sandbagged. Any questions I had she was always quick to respond and put my mind at ease.
