Most people come to Dan when they are at a low point: a lapse in judgment which resulted in dangerous conduct has them facing some harsh penalties. My situation was a bit different; I was pulled over by a police officer who later admitted she was going to arrest me regardless of the (lack of) evide...nce (and she did). It was a nightmare. Not being a Wisconsin resident only complicated the matter and put my license (and career) in danger in my home state as well. Thank goodness for police cams and most important, for the skill and knowledge of Dan Skarie. He presented everything so clearly and showed the judge how the officer had an agenda and changed her story throughout the case to fit her new narrative so perfectly - weaving his cross examination with the police cam footage together - that the judge said they felt sorry that I had to go through all of it. It was simply masterful. When you are in the fight of your life and you have to put your fate in someone else's hands - Dan Skarie is that person. I cannot ever thank him enough.
