I had a friend who had Dan as a lawyer for his 2nd owi case and had heard and seen amazing results! I then hired him after hearing and seeing what great results my friend had and ended up with a lawyer who not only knew what he was talking about but was such a reliable and trustworthy person. You can... call and text whenever needed and he will always get back to you with no extra charge! Dan was always on top of everything regarding my OWI offense. He was able to make it the easiest process he could and he was able to convince the ADA to a plea deal that heavily benefitted me. I have to drive a lot for work and Dan was able to prevent my license from getting suspended. Along with th...e OWI, I blew above a .16 and drove through a stop sign. Dan was able to completely get rid of those two additional charges as well. Dan was also able to prevent my case from being criminally charged and it will just end up as a civil ordinance violation. So, in the end I will only be convicted with an OWI while facing the bare minimum consequences. Additionally, he answered any and all questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone as he proved to be determined, hard-working, and diligent throughout my case.

Dan, was very prompt when gathering information. He was optimistic and shot for attainable goals. I had a choice from a wide range of lawyers and prices and discussed with many, however, Dan stood out from others by far. He cared immensely about my situation and truly showed he cared of my outcome. A...fter winning the refusal hearing, I broke down crying after getting out of court. Dan came out and said "why are you crying, we won". The case was not fully over yet but Dan knew we did it.
