I had several parking tickets within the City of Milwaukee due to the car being sold and person that purchased the car not registering it in their name. Per contacting the City, they gave me inaccurate information which resulted in additional fines. The City of Milwaukee is terrible to deal with, I t...hink they hire incompetent people. Initially, Daniel went to set up a review date and got the run around and maybe was not fully understanding of the parking ticket policy or the policy regarding the review policy. Upon getting turned down by the city and misinformed, Daniel and I regrouped and he attempted to set up a court date with a judge. Daniel and his legal professional continued to push for a date in court. With Dan's persistence, the City eventually withdrew the tickets. This issue was minor and was to really take a stand with the City for hiring bad people, being incompetent and trying to bully people trying to do the right thing. I have prepaid legal and selected Daniel as my attorney. I have no idea how he is paid but he did stick with this matter and got it resolved.

I needed to hire Daniel this spring for a stupid mistake I had made one night. Daniel impressed me with his ability to break down what was happening to me in simple terms, his ability to always be available for questions, and his thoroughness in examining all available options.
