I was charged with criminal drunk driving based on an alleged witness stating that she saw me driving. I didn't do well on the field sobriety test and my alcohol concentration was above the legal limit. During the arrest the officer kept telling me they had a witness who saw me driving; he was trying to get me to confess to something I did not do.
