"After finding `myself in a serious OWI predicament I was referred to Pat Stangl and Stangl Law Offices, S.C. by a friend. One summer night my wife and I attended a Music Festival in Northern Wisconsin. As we were leaving the festival my wife notices lights behind us and I was getting stopped and ul...timately arrested by a State Trooper for OWI. I submitted to a computerized breath test and my concentration came back at .18. The Officers claimed version of what happened that evening was not reality.
