Estate Planning review and update

Matt helped us update our Estate planning documents. I feel he answered all questions properly. I was aware of most changes. He seemed to coordinate with what I knew about the process. He was able to create documents that I could distribute by email. I feel that was a great benefit.

I always like to offer clients electronic versions of their documents in addition to the paper version, so that clients can store them easily and send them to trusted family members. Estate planning recommendation

I met Matt at a free estate planning seminar and took advantage of a subsequent free consultation that was offere. Although I already had a will, it was nearly 20 years old and needed updating. At the consultation, we discussed my current situation and what I wished to do with my estate. Matt was ...very thorough and asked questions that helped determine what estate planning documents I needed. I went back today to sign everything. He explained every document to me and made sure I understood what was included in each. I’m very happy with the advice and service that I received and would highly recommend Matt to anyone in need of estate planning.

Estate Planning & Special Needs Trust Revision

We had received a letter 6 months ago from Matt introducing himself and proposing we come in for a review of our current Estate, as he would be taking over our plan. We met with Matt to discuss our intentions and revisions from our plan that was done 9 years ago. Matt was professional, personable an ...always explained the process and encouraged questions if we had them. Matt also encouraged us to bring our daughter along to our final plan revision signing so she could have a better understanding of her role in our estate plan. I would highly recommend Matt to friends and family who are looking into Estate planning or creating a Trust. The staff at Wilson Law Group is outstanding! Thank you for your services.

Initial Estate Planning

Matt is friendly, patient and pleasant to work with. He is good at making complicated legal concepts more clear and understandable to those less familiar, including the use of visuals. When we worked with Matt, he explained all of our options and the trade-offs without trying to steer us toward the... most expensive option. We would (and plan to) work with Matt again.
