Very pleased helping me with my divorce

David was very supportive and provided me the legal guidance I needed through my divorce process. He ensured I understood the law in my case and made the process as simple as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a sympathetic and forthright lawyer.

A very ethical and hard working Attorney!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring and being represented by Attorney David Iancu for a long difficult custody/placement case that was not going particularly well prior to David taking my case. I interviewed a few other experienced and fairly well presenting Attorneys, but was looking for the righ...t Attorney because my daughter’s case was not going particularly well due to what very strongly appeared to be more about an opposing Attorney’s and GAL’s billable service agenda than my daughter’s best interests. Immediately after hiring David and throughout the case I was very pleased with his level of intelligence, decision making, strong work ethic and high level of responsiveness including calling back within the same day with information that was point on. He seemed to know what to do and when to do it and explained the nuances of family court and how it affects children and families in a manner that I felt much more comfortable in deciding how to protect my daughter’s best interests. I wish I had hired David much earlier in the case because he seemed to be able to expedite the process of effectively communicating with the opposing (my ex-wife’s) attorney and the GAL in order to avoid a needless trial and further associated costs that I could not afford. We ended up with a settlement agreement that I would not have wanted to attempt to resolve without his vast experience in regards to the wording on the stipulations that can have a significant effect on the short and long term outcomes of these ordeals. Lastly, I just want to thank Attorney Iancu for the hard work and ethical care that he put in mine and my daughter’ case and also for his refreshing common sense and friendly bed-side manner. He really seems to approach his work with an ethical responsibility and dedication that certainly made a very favorable impression with me. I would certainly recommend David for anyone else who has a family Court, personal injury etc. case and I would definitely hire or consult with him again for any future services. Thanks again for your commitment to my case!

The most professional lawyer, was actually a pleasure to work with.

Mr. Iancu rescued my case from another lawyer who wasn't helping me. Mr. Iancu was the utmost professional. His attention to my case and his attention to detail and to keeping me informed was well beyond my expectations He made a very difficult situation somewhat bearable. Fair and honest and i...ncredibly empathic . I will absolutely recommend him and his firm to anyone seeking help in the legal realm.

HIRE HIM! Thank you for everything David.

Simply awesome. My wife and I both use David for our custody/family divorce issues and we couldn't be in better hands. This is for the most part written from my perspective but the level of satisfaction applies to my wife’s divorce/placement/custody issues as well. I had a very bad divorce w...ith three kids in the middle. David was amazing. Always timely and went above and beyond. I had worked with another "high priced" attorney who didn't even come close. I know I can always count on David. Recently over the weekend my kids stepfather was arrested for abusing my son (BAD) and David even called me on a Sunday right away in response to my email. I used another high priced attorney prior who didn't even come close to the results or service I got with Karp Law. David takes his job seriously and treated my case like he knew that his job affects my life and my kids lives. I can't say enough, by far the best... I should have written this a year ago, thank you for helping us protect the ones we love most. Good guy, always honest, GREAT attorney.
