David Iancu is the best in the business!

David Iancu and his team kept me well informed on all counts. David took time to really understand my situation, answered all questions related to family law, and made me feel comfortable by not telling me what I wanted to hear but truth. If I did not understand something he was great and without any... hesitation was breaking it down into simpler terms for me. If your are looking for an attorney who is attentive, responsive, and makes you comfortable as possible, I would highly recommend David Iancu. I am glad I had David on my side as a true partner during a challenging time in my life!

Definitely would recommend working with David Iancu to anyone newly navigating their way through child custody planning

In 2018, After a 12 year relationship- I was going through a separation (not married) and was just not sure how to proceed with anything. All of a sudden I had to make custody plans for our children and decide what was going to happen with the house that was partially mine. I was definitely feeling p...ressure to wrap up MAJOR life decisions in a very short span of time (4 weeks!) and eventually, a close friend recommended that I call David Iancu- a divorce lawyer that her husband previously worked with. She advised he was very helpful and I agreed it would be beneficial to consult with him just to make sure I wasn't missing any major details in regards to custody of my two children. I had a consult with David and eventually hired him to help draft all the details of my custody agreement because of the time frame. (I wanted to be in agreement with my Ex on all matters of child custody before the sale of our home went through.) I truly appreciated his attention to detail and patience with listening to my requests. 2 years later, I was able to reach out again to consult with him on a new situation and he responded within the hour. I had already known that I would reach out to him if ever needed in the future, and recommend his service to anyone in need. This just renewed that knowledge for me. He remembered, cared and helped when I asked for it. Much appreciated!

Confident, Competent Attorney who will not drop the ball

Due to a very difficult situation (isn't that how all lawyer/client interactions begin?) I found myself desperately needing a great attorney on Christmas Eve. David Iancu answered my call when no others would. He listened and fired relevant questions with laser precision to determine how he could b...est provide assistance. Over the next year David has professionally and creatively crafted our case to bring about an equitable solution. In the future should I need Wisconsin representation in family law I would always choose David Iancu and cannot recommend him more highly.

Top Family Law Attorney

After taking over my paternity case which was being horribly mismanaged, David Iancu brought successful conclusion to the custody dispute and financial settlement within 120 days. David was very proactive and had a well thought out plan for getting the case settled. He provided very practical advice ...to ensure that I wasn't being penny wise and pound foolish in reacting to my ex's continued entitled demands. David's understanding of the legal environment surrounding helped create an agreement that was beneficial and much needed in my case. My only regret was not being referred to him sooner...
