Like Family

We've been Mr. John Sesini clients for 13 yrs. He's been great at keeping us update with our cases and documents. We really appreciate the effort, support and time that the law firm took to go through with us on our journey. It's like family, other attorneys & respectful assistance that works there t...hat has helped us through this journey. I am very great full with John Sesini.

I recommend John Sesisi .A great lawyer , Since 2009 helped me with suspension of deportation and then with my process of permanent resident., then with my husband process of permanent residence. Even I have recommended several friends and , all of them have helped satisfactorily . I just have to say.... Thank you John for being an honest lawyer and great knowledge of the Immigration Laws. No more worry, no more stress! Thank Sesini

John Sesini and his team, earlier this year, gave me and my family the best news and gift that we could ever have gotten! After 7 months of being senselessly detained and facing deportation/separation from family: husband, father, brother, friend, and an outstanding samaritan Manny was finally able t...o stay home...with us! Our first impression of John was one of honesty, laser focus, and he managed a way to make the whole family feel welcome. John never beat around the bush with us or sugar coat anything, he was very clear and precise in what he needed from us and for his team in order to help our case in the best way possible. Everytime we reached out, or sent an email, to John Sesini or his office we got an almost immediate response all the time. When John was able to he visited with Manny while being detained and this meant a lot to us, for him to physically show up to meet and get to know Manny; it meant to us that he wanted to know who he was helping and why. John and his team made it possible to have Manny released from federal detention, after 7 months, but the bigger fight was making sure he didn't get detained again or worse get deported. The detailed preparation of the submitted supporting documentation, which the judge twice stated how well the case was documented and it made it easy for her to get a feel about the case, eventually ensured/guaranteed Manny's freedom. He will be eligible next year to apply for his citizenship! The biggest THANK YOU in the world could never be enough to show how happy and appreciative we are of John Sesini and his team. We were absolutely broken up as a family and felt the system had failed us miserably but with patience, perseverance, and John Sesini's love for his profession we made it through. God bless you John! Fast approval of I 601

Due to the nature of my vawa case I won’t post my name. Attorney Sesini, is very knowledgeable with years of experience. This was my first impression which gave me trust in him to handle my case. He is very kind and very understanding. Being in immigration situations, we need to approach such peo...ple who can listen and understand what we are going through. We filed for I 601, and within 10 days, it was approved. What I learnt from all this is, that we need to use experienced, knowledgeable attorneys. Thank you Attorney Sesini and the entire Sesini Law group.

Friendly and knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

ME: I was on a student visa with EAD card (STEM-OPT). I had proposed to my gf and applied for OPT extension under the advice of my DSO. My extension was denied for being late by a few days due to my DSO mixing up dates. The company I worked for appealed but it was rejected. I consulted John, complet...ed green card application and received it 2 months ago. My then fiance and I did our best to get all the information for the application for AOS but some of the language was so confusing. She has a doctorate and I have a degree in engineering. My sympathies to those who must endure this process with ESL. We had very specific questions about different sections, timing of applications and various procedures since we would be moving, had multiple wedding dates, my work eligibility was expiring and I wasn't sure if I would be able to stay in the country.....you name it. After taking a chance to email Mr. Sesini with the hardest questions, he promptly responded and suggested we set up a phone call to discuss the details. The next day, he contacted us (after work hours) and answered ALL of our questions. He seemed to know every line and blank space on the 8+ forms and gave us confidence in moving forward with our application. In conversation, he listened well and was not condescending in his responses. He had all of the timelines, application costs and requirements at his fingertips. A few days after we submitted our application, John followed up with us to see if we completed it or needed help. At no point did we feel pressured by him to hire for his services. This process can be very stressful. Speaking with John for a few minutes helped us a great deal. Someone as knowledgeable, professional and kind as him would be a great person to have on your side.
