I was hurt in a car crash with three co-workers. One co-worker hired a firm that advertises on T.V. all the time. He could not get in touch with his lawyer and the insurance company said they could not get any information from him either. My other two co-workers were trying to handle the claim by ...themselves. They got hung up in insurance company red tape and did not get paid until Mr. O’Neill told the Insurance Company that they were wrong and not only got me paid and my bills paid but cleared the way for my two co-workers to get their claims settled as well. They both wish that they had hired Mr. O’Neill because he got my bills paid, my health insurance paid back and got me a whole lot more money than my co=workers received.

I was in a head-on car accident as a passenger in my sister's car. We were hit head-on on the driver's side of car which killed my sister instantly. I ended up with 10 fractured ribs, broken wrist, dislocated knuckle on other hand and multiple bruises. I was in the hospital in Kansas for 10 days ...and was then taken home to Wisconsin to finish recuperating. I spent 3 weeks in a nursing facility and got a blood clot which ended up in my lungs. Spent 5 days in the hospital and then was released in my son's care at his home . I had to have someone come in to bathe me, do my hair, etc. because I had both arms in casts. After the casts were off and I went thru physical therapy, I was released to go home. After I got home the bills started to pour in. I was devastated. The bills were astronomical and I didn't know what to do. My sister said "Hausmann and McNally" really came thru for her in a class action suit and I should contact them. I did. I talked to Patrick O'Neill and he said he would take my case. They sent someone out to get all my info and bills, etc. and after that every bill I got I sent to them and they took care of everything. Whenever I called, someone would actually answer the phone at any time. They always had time to listen and talk me thru any concerns or uneasiness I had. Pat called me regularly and kept me up on my case and was there when I went for a deposition. I felt so safe knowing he was for ME. Pat got me quite a bit of money for my injuries. Because of a subbrogation clause in my insurance, some of the money I received had to go back to them, my lawyer got his share and I got the rest. Thanks to Pat, I put that money away for my retirement nest-egg. I have, since then, referred him to a friend when she was in an accident. He , also, took her case. I have only dealt with 3 lawyers in my life. One was alright, one was an A-hole and then there was Pat O'Neill...He was the BEST, the very, very best. I feel honored to have known him.
