Stress Free Process

Extremely helpful throughout the whole process. My case was a mess to say the least and they helped me through everything making it virtually stress free though the whole process. I will definitely recommend Richard Check to anyone that is going through bankruptcy.

Best Bankruptcy Attorney Around!

My husband and I hired Attorney Check after a previous Chapter 13 case was dismissed with another local attorney, who failed to submit documentation to our trustee and therefore we were dismissed. We had multiple meetings with Attorney Check at no charge, and his legal staff was extremely knowledgeab...le when we called in with questions. The aspect we find most appealing about this firm is that when we call the office during normal business hours, we reach a legal assistant, not a call center. A few times we have even called in and were able to speak with him on the spot. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants to have a successful Bankruptcy experience!

Great Attorney

Attorney Check and his staff did a great job helping me through this process. They were kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! I definitely got my moneys worth.

Fantastic!

Our lawyer was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions in a clear and concise manner. What I appreciated most was that we were never made to feel ashamed about our circumstances, especially as bankruptcy can be a very embarrassing thing to have to go through.
