The initial meeting was good. Had high hopes. Made copies of all of my documents. Unfortunately they didn't include all debts i gave them and didn't file another form properly. When you want a conversation about what is happening, why, or how did court end up, nothing. Have to wait for documen...t from court telling me what happened. No email. No phone call. Nothing. Just complete lack of professionalism.

He never keeps his phone appointments and delegates 99% of his work. Beyond the initial appointment you are not going to be dealing with him, but rather one of is assistants who do not know you from boo. It is basically just a factory where he wants to push through as many chapter 13 filings as pos...sible, verses personal attention. Last but certainly not least he just an extremely pitiful job of explaining the process, and this created most all of the issues we had with him whereas if would have actually explained the process we likely would have had no issues.
