Wonderful!

I had a dui with hit and run. He walked me through everything. Was there to answer quuestions even late at night. Initially saw me on a Sunday night after everything happened. Was not pushy. One flat fee and he dis it all. Even went to court severl tines until we were satisfied with the verdict. Got ...me off criminal charges. Would definitely recommend.

UNDERAGE DRINKING & OWI

I was driving home drunk and got pulled over by cops because someone called my car in since I wasn't operating well on the high way. I was charged with four tickets. Underage drinking, OWI(.062), open intoxicants, & unsafe lane deviation. Don't know if those are the correct terms, but it was somethin...g along those lines. After calling lawyers in the Milwaukee area for 3 hours..I came across Michael! He told me that if he could not drop my OWI case, I will get a full refund! On top of that, he sounded very confident compared to all the lawyers I have consulted with! He also allowed me to do my payments in installments because I am a college student and do not have the cash upfront which I was and am still extremely thankful for. Michael was able to drop all three of my tickets! I only pleaded no contest to the underage drinking one. I did not have to go to court or anything because Michael did all that for me. He took care of everything that needed to be done. Definitely recommend him!! If I was to get into some kind of traffic problem again...I will definitely hire him again.

Highly recommended

After a dismissal of my OWI charges in Waukesha County, I told Attorney Hayes that I knew when he walked into court that he commanded respect. He skillfully peeled away the officer’s supposed justifications for the investigation and arrest at a motion hearing. The judge granted our motion to suppres...s all evidence, leading to the complete dismissal of all charges. If you want a lawyer that commands the respect of courts and gets great results, this is the guy.

Michael Hayes is a miracle worker

The guy is good. My family has used him for years. When I was wrongfully cited for providing alcohol to an underage person, I was told I could possibly lose my government job. Mr. Hayes knew what buttons to push. Case dismissed! Never had to appear in court. Not only did I keep my job but I got ...a promotion. .......... A Happy Guy
