The Right Choice

I had the privilege of working with Michael Hayes, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate professionals I’ve ever worked with. From the start, he demonstrated a deep understanding of every detail of my case. His confidence and expertise were... incredibly reassuring and made me feel certain that I had made the right choice in hiring him. He was also very accommodating with my schedule and always made himself available when I had questions or concerns. Hired for speeding violation.

isa and I am new to this traffic violation issues. First I was confused and I do not know what should be done, I was worried if it will affect my visa my insurance and had a whole lot of questions. I reached out to multiple attorneys in Milwaukee .. many attorneys whom I spoke with are unclear or the...y just want me to pay them . But when I contacted Michael Hayes he calmly explained the steps said what outcomes I can reach through this. Speaking with him made me so calm and confident. Later when I decided I should go with him to process my case . I reached out to him and he was busy working on a different case so he was not reachable, Just because he made wait for a few hours he gave me a 10 percent discount. Post that I used to get worried at times and used to pester him with stupid questions. He explained things to me real calm and on pre trail date as expected he processed my case and my problems where solved. I highly recommend this attorney for all you guys facing issues like me or more.. Hopefully I will never get a traffic violation again but if god forbid if it happens I know whom to reach.

Milwaukee's Best!

Attorney Michael Hayes has represented me multiple times, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a truly fantastic lawyer whose unrivaled experience and persistent work will certainly deliver the best possible outcome for his clients. Recently, he represented me on an OWI case in a tough c...ounty where the prosecutor was also going to charge me with a misdemeanor for obstruction. As my first criminal offense, I was terrified. Michael Hayes worked diligently and reduced the misdemeanor charge to an ordinance violation without going to trial. Thanks to him, a tough situation was resolved painlessly. But beyond just delivering great outcomes, he is down-to-earth, friendly, and a great communicator. If you want to be represented by Milwaukee's best, you have to choose Attorney Michael Hayes!!!

Grateful for Attorney Hayes!!

I cannot thank Attorney Hayes enough! I retained Mr. Hayes for an OWI charge (along with other related charges) because I did not know what to do or what to expect. Handling a situation like this is very serious and I knew I needed help. Attorney Hayes was awesome and advised me of the entire process... and possibilities. As it turns out a conviction for a refusal is even worse than the OWI charge. When I met with Mr. Hayes, he advised me that there was a strong probability that he could have the refusal dismissed. We had a hearing in September 2022. Mr. Hayes presented a motion and the judge dismissed the refusal! This eliminated a one year revocation, the SR22 requirement (which is a high risk insurance - very costly) for 3 years and the 30 day wait for my occupational license. Attorney Hayes did a great job and I would highly recommend him for an OWI situation!

Attorney Michael Hayes recently obtained a complete dismissal of an operating under the influence 3rd offense charge in Milwaukee County Circuit Court for a violation that occurred in October 2021. He filed a motion challenging the right of the West Allis police department to arrest me. He and his as...sistant Sarah Wheatley prepared a great motion supported by audio/video evidence showing that two officers illegally entered my residence and subsequently arrested me for drunk driving. The charge of refusing to submit to a blood draw was also dismissed. No conviction will appear on my driving record, I won’t serve any jail time, I won’t have my license suspended or revoked, I won’t be under the Ignition Interlock requirement and I won’t have to pay a fine. He's a really good lawyer. He's great on communication. He's always available to talk to me and my father. He accurately predicted what would occur. I highly recommend Attorney Mike Hayes. I think he is the best DUI Milwaukee lawyer.
