OWI - 3rd - Consulted With You - Expedited My Huber Release

The attorney I hired to represent me became very difficult to contact and there was literally no communication days before my sentencing date ... my calls and texts were not being returned. I was very distraught and spoke to a friend who, himself, is one of the best attorneys in Milwaukee. He insi...sted that I contact Mr. Hayes immediately so that I could consult with him to minimize the impact of my sentence. Mr. Hayes spent over two hours with me, carefully reviewing my case and informing me of all the necessary documents I would need to ensure my release on Huber in order to maintain my profession. I found Mr. Hayes to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of DUI and about the things I could do and all the records I would need to make sure that everything went smoothly. Even though I had only met him for the first time, I left feeling that he was sincere and that he cared. Everything went exactly as he explained and I was totally prepared. He is a true professional ! I can't imagine a finer OWI attorney and very highly recommend him.

If you want the best, Michael is it!

I got a horrible 6-point speeding ticket and thought I was doomed to lose my license and possibly my favorable insurance rates. On our first call it was clear he was the right guy. He know the officer involved and he knew the policies typical of the court in this jurisdiction. The policy was not ...to reduce 6-point violations but Michael agreed to give it a shot regardless. Frankly, I was hoping for a reduction to 3 or 4 points but a parking ticket? Outstanding! I'm super glad I hired Michael Hayes. I even offered to double his very reasonable fee but he would not accept it. Highly recommended.

SUPERB LAWYER

Worked with Michael Hayes on three different occasions within the last two years. Two dealing with driver's license issues resulting from a DUI and another on a criminal case. All three times Mr. Hayes has worked hard, been honest and communicated with us through the entire process. The outcomes that... we received were better than we ever expected. Great Communicator, Excellent Result!

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Michael Hayes a few weeks after receiving a hefty speeding ticket while driving through the zoo interchange. The speed limit there is 50 and is considered a construction zone. The officer said I was going 79 (a 6 point offense). Since it seemed like an impossible cas...e, I was reluctant to contact an attorney. However, after reading some of Michael's reviews and seeing a few similar cases, I thought I might as well reach out. Michael answered the phone himself and was very easy to communicate with. I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. Michael explained what he could do for me and his rates were VERY reasonable. Honestly, the best I had hoped for was to be brought down an to 11-19 over. Michael called me a few days before my scheduled court date to inform me that he was able to get my ticket moved to a parking violation! I couldn't believe my ears. Needless to say, I am a HUGE fan of Mr. Michael Hayes and have told all my friends, family, and coworkers about my wonderful experience with him: "If you're looking for the best speeding ticket lawyer in Milwaukee, his name is Michael Hayes!"
