Great experience

I received two tickets on two separate occasions in July 2019, I was afraid my insurance rates would increase substantially. Attorney Hayes worked a miracle in getting one ticket completely dismissed and the other amended to an equipment violation. He did a great job in court and keeping me adv...ised. I would absolutely work with him again and I highly recommend him.

Turned my son's life around

Dear Mr. Hayes, Russ called with the wonderful news! You “again saved my son’s life”. I can’t believe that the state of Florida misinterpreted what occurred in Wisconsin all those years ago and gave my son such a hard time but you worked extremely hard last week in getting everything promptly resolv...ed so my son is again a licensed, lawful driver. It’s been a long road. Years ago, you made him face up to his mistakes and stand up in court, you made him face me and you made him realize his bad choices. From that day on, He turned his life around. Nothing I can do can thank you enough! I’ll be 70 next year and finally have some peace of mind. You saved not only Russ, but me. Bless you, Lynn

BEST ATTORNEY EVER!!!

My fiance and I went to court without a lawyer after his arrest for his first OWI at 57. After court we discovered it would be almost impossible for him to get a license and he does a lot of driving for a living. We called Attorney Michael Hayes who got matters reopened and did exactly what he said ...he would. He also supported us with any questions, concerns we had. I can't even imagine going through this without him. He is an truly caring individual, and one heck of an attorney. I would absolutely recommend him. Best attorney ever!!!

30 Over Reduced to Parking Violation

I hired Michael Hayes based off the reviews I read here and he did NOT disappoint. I highly recommend using Michael to help with your traffic violation. He will get it resolved without you having to go to court. Very satisfied.

Speeding Ticket

Michael got my 24 mph speeding ticket amended to a zero point parking violation. He was incredibly professional the whole time and charged a very reasonable fee.
