Excellent!

I cannot say enough good things about Michael Hayes! Within 24 hours of contacting him he was able to open my son’s case, reduce his points, and avoid having his license suspended. He was clear in explaining what my options were and definitely got the job done! So pleased with his service!

UNDERAGE DRINKING & OWI

I was driving home drunk and got pulled over by cops because someone called my car in since I wasn't operating well on the high way. I was charged with four tickets. Underage drinking, OWI(.062), open intoxicants, & unsafe lane deviation. Don't know if those are the correct terms, but it was somethin...g along those lines. After calling lawyers in the Milwaukee area for 3 hours..I came across Michael! He told me that if he could not drop my OWI case, I will get a full refund! On top of that, he sounded very confident compared to all the lawyers I have consulted with! He also allowed me to do my payments in installments because I am a college student and do not have the cash upfront which I was and am still extremely thankful for. Michael was able to drop all three of my tickets! I only pleaded no contest to the underage drinking one. I did not have to go to court or anything because Michael did all that for me. He took care of everything that needed to be done. Definitely recommend him!! If I was to get into some kind of traffic problem again...I will definitely hire him again.

Can't go wrong!

I had a rather unfortunate speeding ticket which was well above normal limits .... Mr Hayes was extremely straight forward which is confidence inspiring as it paints you a realistic picture of your scenario, where you stand and what you can expect . Told me upfront the implication and what was possib...le and the best possible scenario. He went ahead and got the best possible scenario. I strongly recommend Mr Hayes for any traffic related violations.

DUI

I spoke to several Attorneys prior to Mr. Hayes. He was always very receptive and kind and answered my calls promptly. He was kind, honest, and provided the necessary information I needed and what to expect from the process. He was also willing to workout a payment plan. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended for OWI

Mike Hayes did a great job for me at trial on the issue of whether my BAC was .15 at the time of my offense in Racine County Circuit Court this month. We met many times prior to the trial to explore all of the possibilities and determine the best course of action. There were many evidence issues th...at Attorney Hayes was able to spring at trial as presented in the legal pleadings addressing intricacies in the evidence. Prior to trial we had thoroughly reviewed all the various scenarios that could occur in court. We were certainly well prepared and we prevailed. The judge granted our motion for a directed verdict at the close of the prosecutor’s case despite the fact that the prosecutor had a state expert at the trial. Mr. Hayes was able to present the case without the considerable expense of having our own expert testify at trial. When we started out Mr. Hayes took the time to understand that avoiding the Ignition Interlock Device requirement was a professional imperative of mine. Mike helped me make the best of a bad situation and when we finished I understood what a fine attorney I had hired.
