Hired for speeding violation.

isa and I am new to this traffic violation issues. First I was confused and I do not know what should be done, I was worried if it will affect my visa my insurance and had a whole lot of questions. I reached out to multiple attorneys in Milwaukee .. many attorneys whom I spoke with are unclear or the...y just want me to pay them . But when I contacted Michael Hayes he calmly explained the steps said what outcomes I can reach through this. Speaking with him made me so calm and confident. Later when I decided I should go with him to process my case . I reached out to him and he was busy working on a different case so he was not reachable, Just because he made wait for a few hours he gave me a 10 percent discount. Post that I used to get worried at times and used to pester him with stupid questions. He explained things to me real calm and on pre trail date as expected he processed my case and my problems where solved. I highly recommend this attorney for all you guys facing issues like me or more.. Hopefully I will never get a traffic violation again but if god forbid if it happens I know whom to reach.

Grateful for Attorney Hayes!!

I cannot thank Attorney Hayes enough! I retained Mr. Hayes for an OWI charge (along with other related charges) because I did not know what to do or what to expect. Handling a situation like this is very serious and I knew I needed help. Attorney Hayes was awesome and advised me of the entire process... and possibilities. As it turns out a conviction for a refusal is even worse than the OWI charge. When I met with Mr. Hayes, he advised me that there was a strong probability that he could have the refusal dismissed. We had a hearing in September 2022. Mr. Hayes presented a motion and the judge dismissed the refusal! This eliminated a one year revocation, the SR22 requirement (which is a high risk insurance - very costly) for 3 years and the 30 day wait for my occupational license. Attorney Hayes did a great job and I would highly recommend him for an OWI situation!

Great experience

I received two tickets on two separate occasions in July 2019, I was afraid my insurance rates would increase substantially. Attorney Hayes worked a miracle in getting one ticket completely dismissed and the other amended to an equipment violation. He did a great job in court and keeping me adv...ised. I would absolutely work with him again and I highly recommend him.

OWI - 3rd - Consulted With You - Expedited My Huber Release

The attorney I hired to represent me became very difficult to contact and there was literally no communication days before my sentencing date ... my calls and texts were not being returned. I was very distraught and spoke to a friend who, himself, is one of the best attorneys in Milwaukee. He insi...sted that I contact Mr. Hayes immediately so that I could consult with him to minimize the impact of my sentence. Mr. Hayes spent over two hours with me, carefully reviewing my case and informing me of all the necessary documents I would need to ensure my release on Huber in order to maintain my profession. I found Mr. Hayes to be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of DUI and about the things I could do and all the records I would need to make sure that everything went smoothly. Great Communicator, Excellent Result!

I feel so lucky to have found Mr. Michael Hayes a few weeks after receiving a hefty speeding ticket while driving through the zoo interchange. The speed limit there is 50 and is considered a construction zone. The officer said I was going 79 (a 6 point offense). Since it seemed like an impossible cas...e, I was reluctant to contact an attorney. However, after reading some of Michael's reviews and seeing a few similar cases, I thought I might as well reach out. Michael answered the phone himself and was very easy to communicate with. I immediately felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. Michael explained what he could do for me and his rates were VERY reasonable. Honestly, the best I had hoped for was to be brought down an to 11-19 over. Michael called me a few days before my scheduled court date to inform me that he was able to get my ticket moved to a parking violation! I couldn't believe my ears.
