Would recommend

I found out that lawyers are a dime a dozen the last 20 years of my adult life. This one is worth having on your side. I mostly deal with buiness related law and working a lot now a days which keeps me out of court but when and if I need this attorney for any of his related services he would be the f...irst one on my list to call to see if he could lend a hand. If you see that he handles cases on what you are looking for, hire him and do what he says period end of sentence. Scott C.

Highly recommend Michael M. Hayes

Going into a difficult legal situation can be intimidating and stressful for anyone. So, choosing a good lawyer can make all the difference in not only the result, but in your ability to get through a difficult time. The best decision I made was in choosing Michael Hayes as my lawyer. He exceeded ...all my expectations for legal representation. I personally caused a great deal of stress in my life with my arrest, but Michael Hayes provided excellent legal counsel ensuring not only the best outcome but personal piece of mind. Best Lawyer

I didn’t need a lawyer for over 25 years but then when I did need one I remembered who saved me 25 years ago - Michael Hayes. A felony theft conviction would have destroyed my business and a lot more. Attorney Hayes was a magician. No charges! No record! Nothing! I don’t think I’ll ever need a l...awyer again but if I do, he’ll get the call.

DUI

I spoke to several Attorneys prior to Mr. Hayes. He was always very receptive and kind and answered my calls promptly. He was kind, honest, and provided the necessary information I needed and what to expect from the process. He was also willing to workout a payment plan. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended for OWI

Mike Hayes did a great job for me at trial on the issue of whether my BAC was .15 at the time of my offense in Racine County Circuit Court this month. We met many times prior to the trial to explore all of the possibilities and determine the best course of action. There were many evidence issues th...at Attorney Hayes was able to spring at trial as presented in the legal pleadings addressing intricacies in the evidence. Prior to trial we had thoroughly reviewed all the various scenarios that could occur in court. We were certainly well prepared and we prevailed. The judge granted our motion for a directed verdict at the close of the prosecutor’s case despite the fact that the prosecutor had a state expert at the trial. Mr. Hayes was able to present the case without the considerable expense of having our own expert testify at trial. When we started out Mr. Hayes took the time to understand that avoiding the Ignition Interlock Device requirement was a professional imperative of mine. Mike helped me make the best of a bad situation and when we finished I understood what a fine attorney I had hired.
