Through meetings and negotiations with numerous ADAs and who knows how many hours put into developing the right action plan over the course of a year, in the end he was able to have the judge DISMISS ALL CHARGES without prejudice, leaving me with no penalties or punishment for what would have otherwise resulted in mandatory jail time even in the best outcome! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. He's down-to-earth, pragmatic, and tenacious, but also realistic and will give it to you straight. Even after repeated setbacks and some really huge blows, he keeps fighting til the job's done. He undercommits and overdelivers.
