2nd offense owi

I was facing charges for my second owi and it was basically the beginning of the end for my career if charged. I had a consultation with John and from that point I knew he was the one for my case. I've dealt with attorneys before and with John there was no scare tactics and pressure to make him sou...nd like the best, simply put he is excellent at what he does. He fought all the way through and looked at every possible angle of my case. By the end my charges were dropped and everything is back to normal. I would highly recommend him to anybody after my experience with him. Great job I can't say thank you enough.

My Light When I Was In The Dark

I had gotten my first DUI, i was scared and very upset. Scared because i had never been handcuffed and upset because I didn't know that blowing a .08 in Wisconsin was illegal (thought it was just at the legal limit- I was so wrong). John Bayer helped me so much. I was full time student, full time wor...ker, and had a 5 mouth baby at home. Money was tight. He set up a flat fee for me so if my case went to court i wouldn't have to pay anything more. He really is the best money could buy. But he also has great values, he treated with with great respect and allowed my ideas and thoughts to be herd. I thought that there was no way we were going to win, but guess what? He made it happen!! My advice is, if you are in need of help and you feel like your in the dark due to high lawyer quotes, if you feel like you just can't win because the state seems to powerful, or if you need someone who will listen call John Bayer. Even if its your first DUI its worth it, it's YOUR name on the line and John Bayer will help you protect it!!!

Retain John - you'll be glad you did

After a phone consultation I where I explained my situation I scheduled a meeting in his office. John was very knowledgeable, came up with a game plan and I just stayed out of his way and let him do his thing. Bit by bit, the prosecution case against me unraveled until finally I received a call from... John saying that the case had been dismissed. John was great at attacking them from all sides and executing his plan as he'd originally drawn it up. When there were a couple of times he spotted an opportunity to change tactics, he did so and it worked out magnificently. John was also great at keeping me informed during all phases of my case. Tell him what's going on, then stay out of his way and wait for the good news. I've known several attorneys and worked for a few and I can say, without reservation, that John is great at his job. Call John, then hire John - you'll be glad that you did! I would HIGHLY recommend him...

2nd Offense OWI with Refusal=Won the Case!!

I was charged with an OWI 2nd offense and Refusal. I called John Bayer and discussed my stressful situation. From the get go John dug into the details of the case and immediately saw areas that could be challenged. John took the time to drive to the scene and he spent the time required to thoroughly... investigate every possible angle in my case. John ended up getting my OWI and Refusal dismissed. Ultimately he saved my privilege to drive, my job, and my freedom. I highly recommend John Bayer! He literally saved my life!

OWI pulled over for deviation from designated lane

When I got a OWI I call so many Attorneys looking for the right person to help me. John stood out beacuse of how passionate he is about what he does. The amount of time he spent on the phone alone before I hired him really made me feel like he was my best shot. There was no luck involved in my case.... John worked every angle from why I was pulled over to even putting the cops on the stand and picking apart their side of the story. Also let me tell you John's closing statement was like something out of a movie, he tore apart every angle the state was trying to throw at me. In the end we won due to the reason the cop pulled me over "deviation from designated lane". This in my opinion is a free for all for cops to pull you over whenever they want. I really hope whoever reads this doesn't just except what the state is trying to do to you and lets John defend them. I did and I will be forever grateful
