OWI 1st Dismissed

John was able to successfully dismiss my case resulting in the best possible outcome. Since the very first day I walked into his office I knew I was speaking to a professional. He explained every detail and gave me a rundown of all my options. It was a very nerve wrecking experience but I was confide...nt that John would be able to help me out. On the day of my court date John stood by my side and fought till the end. The case was successfully dismissed and I was able to get a second chance. Along the way his assistant Jorden was also very helpful and insightful. They kept me updated and informed along every step of the way even after the case had closed. Thankful

Dui

What a professional !!!

First of all, I thought the deputy had it out for me until my wife called and he let her drive the truck away instead of towing it. He was just doing his job, but I didn’t feel drunk. I needed help. I researched local attorneys in the Milwaukee area and after a day and a night of eye boggling strolli...ng, John T. Bayer was the obvious choice. At the consultation if I would closed my eyes I would have thought I was talking to friend of twenty years. I thought I had a case and reassured my thoughts with a defense that made all of the sense in the world. I concurred let’s do this. Wait, I’m broke though. No problem, pay this amount now and the balance every few weeks with final payment due on this date and later if need be we will pay the PHD expert for his findings and possibly taking the stand. We were ready from the beginning and then Covid hit. A lot of delays, rescheduled trial dates but John remained diligent and confident but at the same time made no promises. I felt good because he felt good. John would always say just tell your truth. While in trial posture and taking everything into consideration, John picked a great jury panel. I finally saw John in action. It didn’t feel like court. It felt like we were at his house entertaining guests waiting on the dinner bell to ring. John’s professionalism is so natural there is no beginning or an end just results. Case dismissed. Thanks again, John.

Stop looking, pick this guy!

John was great to work with and he's got supporting staff who make the process easy. I found myself in a bad spot facing my first 2 OWI's within 3 weeks of one another. As easy as it would have been to be a jerk about it, John went straight into analysis mode and was already strategizing pieces of th...e puzzle I didn't know to worry about. John wrote an excellent brief to the court outlining case law that was applicable to my case and thoroughly reviewed multiple body cams to ultimately get one case completely dismissed. His advice on the other case was exactly what I'd expect and led to a very smooth plea. John's work kept me out of jail. He made a daunting set of circumstances manageable and represented me extremely well.
