Thank you John

I will preface by stating I NEVER write reviews, even if there's compensation for doing so. John is the best - very communicative, very understanding, and will explain everything very clearly so your understanding is where it needs to be. I feel as if my first experience with law enforcement made me ...feel like a terrible, guilty person (all over a victimless crime); and I didn't know much at all. Yet when I met John upon a referral I immediately knew and felt that this was the guy I did not deserve. I am beyond thankful for the very very positive outcome in my case (which lasted 2 years) and it is all thanks to John. This is a man that will fight for you through the entire process. Thank you John.

OWI Second/Refusal

I cannot say enough good things about attorney Bayer. I was charged with a second OWI and refusal and since this is a criminal charge, felt I needed to hire representation. I interviewed 5 attorneys before deciding on John Bayer, and it was an easy decision. From our first conversation I could tell J...ohn was very knowledgeable and an expert in his field. Yet at the same time he talks to you like a person and friend, not just another client. He spoke on my level and put everything in layman's terms. From there he took care of everything, and kept me informed on what was happening. He understood how important this was to me, and how it could effect me professionally and fought hard for me. He filed a motion to dismiss evidence based on the video we had. The court agreed with everything John argued, and we won the motion. After this he motioned to have the charges dismissed and the court granted dismissal. John was able to get the OWI Second and the Refusal charges dismissed. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had attorney Bayer represent me. He is a true professional in every sense and I would recommend him to anyone that needs his services. Thank you John!

Speeding Tickets

My teenage son received two speeding tickets a few months apart. John represented him and was able to get the fine and points reduced for the first ticket and the second reduced to a non moving violation. John did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to work wit...h. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!

John Bayer is solid, dependable, honest and extremely fair. From the very first meeting I had with him up to and including the conclusion of my case, he worked tirelessly on my behalf. My OWI [2nd] experience

I was expecting to have to go to jail for this. Huber, ancle braclets, ignition lock but Mr.Bayer looked at the case and said I had a shot at beating it because of the dash cam video in the sheriff's car. I was still not to optimistic but it was worth a shot. The court made a mistake on my first appe...arance but the judge would not accept Mr. Bayer's dismissal motion. Then covid hit so we had a few rechedualings. Dec.9 was the next in person hearing and the court made another mistake and Mr. Bayer ,again, went for a dismissal but explained to me that ,if accepted the DA could just recharge me. I was not to optimistic again but the judge went for it! He took a 10 min. break and the DA and Mr. Bayer had a conversation that I couldn't here. I was floored when he came back and said the state will drop ALL OWI charges if I accept a reckless driving ticket, which I did [of course!] I could not be happier! I really did not think this could happen. I'm very impressed and greatfull to Mr. Bayer and will absolutely recommend him to any of my friends and family. Or anyone else who needs a lawyer.
