Great lawyer!

Alan did a great job on my case. We were under a time crunch to file a counter proposal and he basically re-wrote it and submitted it in 24 hours. I ended up winning that proposal which absolutely the best outcome for me.

Prompt and Thorough

I was able to speak with Mr Olson the same day that I made my initial inquiry about his services. He was patient and allowed me to go over all of my questions and concerns. He quickly reviewed the severance document my former employer sent and gave feedback while making sure I understood everything h...e was saying regarding the law. Mr Olson provided back redlines and coached me through speaking with my former employer about the changes that needed to be made. Overall a very positive interaction and educational experience for me at a stressful and less than ideal time in my career.

Professional, Responsive, Expert Knowledge

Alan really does go out of his way to work on your behalf. He advised me on my employment rights and risks and did an excellent job explaining implications given my situation. He is responsive and patient and works until the job is done. I appreciate the flat fee to advise me on my matter until satis...fied so that I'm not wondering how large my bill will be at the end. He is a strong advocate!
