Highly Recommend Alan Olson

Alan is an excellent attorney that has the clients best intentions in mind. During my situation he communicated with me and gave answers to all my questions. He was able to ensure that the right process was followed by all parties and fought for justice for me to the end. He is very experienced and... knowledgeable in his field. He went above and beyond and even called me after work hours to ensure we were on the same page with what was going on. He is a hard worker and I recommend utilizing his services.

Alan Olson Superman Lawyer!

There are so many positive adjectives to describe my experience with Alan Olson. If I had to pick a few... Scary Smart. Brilliant Negotiator. Incredibly Thorough. Genuine. Caring. (I was dealing with stage 4 cancer and he lightened my load from 2018 through our settlement in 2021. He was always wa...s there when I need him.) For me this was a very emotional case. He did everything to ease my mind and was confident I could deliver when necessary. He believed in me. We were always on the same page before any action was executed. I am very happy to have met this man and his people. He is truly an amazing attorney. Thank you, Alan!

Sexual harassment case

I was referred to Atty Olsen by a corporate Atty in Milwaukee. She said that he had an exceptional “follow through and conviction” record. After a few very detailed conversations about my situation, I hired Atty Olsen. He not only listened to my concerns and guided me through the processes of the cou...rts, he took suggestions well and made recommendations. I was impressed with his skills during the deposition of the defendant. I felt that he truly had my best interest in mind. My case was settled without going to trial and I won!! I have to mention, depositions and mediation were performed on ZOOM due to the pandemic without any issues. I was impressed with that as well.

Expert Advocate

All my life, I’ve had attorneys in my extended family to go to for legal advice, but none of them had special expertise in employment law. Then unexpectedly, I was faced with a difficult workplace situation. For the first time, I needed to find legal help outside the family and didn’t know where to... turn. I searched the internet for a legal specialist in employee rights. I was impressed by Atty. Alan Olson’s website, detailing his many years of distinguished legal experience, achievements and credentials. I found he had successful experience in handling cases like mine. From the first phone call, I found him calm, kind, reassuring and easy to talk to. Even though I was going through some of the most stressful, discouraging days of my life, he put my mind at ease, knowing I had an expert advocate on my side. Atty. Olson always made himself quickly available when I had concerns. He returned all my calls and emails right away and his staff was helpful and a pleasure to work with. As a skilled negotiator, Atty. Olson helped me get everything I wanted and much more than I expected. He provided expert, reliable legal advice that I could count on. On his end, he moved my case along quickly, covering every detail, as if I were the most important client he had. I can’t begin to imagine how I would have handled this situation on my own. Amazing and Helpful

When I thought that I was wrongfully terminated from my job, I wasn't sure what to do. I thought about just letting it go but, my wife encouraged me to contact Attorney Olson. I was skeptical at first, since I had never been involved in any legal matter like this before. As soon as I did, he responde...d immediately. He took the time to find out what happened and, presented my options before taking a dime. After hiring Mr. Olson, he began building my case right away. He kept me updated throughout the process. He clearly explained everything so someone without any legal knowledge could understand. He fought to get back everything that I lost and, won. In the end, the company faced the consequences of their actions and, hopefully learned to follow the law concerning their employees. Hopefully you do not find yourself in my situation but if you do, Attorney Olson should be the first person that you turn to. I cannot thank him enough. - Mark
