Review for Attorney Alan C Olson

I was very pleased with the settlement that Attorney Olson helped me reach with my former employer. He was dedicated to my case and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I always felt that he had my best interest in mind and that he tried to "squeeze" everything he could out of them. ...I am nothing but pleased with Attorney Olson and his expertise. I would recommend him to everyone.

Outstanding Experience

Alan is the consummate professional. After my company informed me that our relationship was nearing an end, I was absolutely lost and did not know where to turn. I was an executive with years invested. Alan was recommended to me by a HR Executive. He negotiated a severance package for me that exc...eeded my expectations. I was very pleased. He delivered on his promises. It was a pleasant experience working with him. You truly feel he is your advocate. I would highly recommend Alan.

Phenomenal, effective and strategic representation

My employer engaged unethical tactics and unfounded accusations in anticipation of a politically motivated layoff to encourage me to leave the company voluntarily. By leaving voluntarily, I would have forfeited earned commissions and the employer would have avoided a severance payout. Alan took... the time to listen to the entire situation and put together an all-encompassing strategy, laying the groundwork so we could file suit and recover what was rightfully owed to me if a lawsuit became necessary. However, his opening letter to my employer and subsequent negotiations with them were so effective that he was able to recover everything I was owed without filing a lawsuit. Additionally, he persuaded my employer to refund all of my attorney fees as part of the severance settlement. I hope this is a once-in-a-lifetime situation, but if I ever needed an employment attorney again, I would not choose anyone else. In my profession, I frequently negotiate with attorneys, so I have a strong basis for evaluating Alan’s performance. If you need an employment attorney, you need Alan.

Alan Olson is more than a serious, competent lawyer.

When I changed school districts, I lost all of my accumulated sick time. The new district offered a policy by Madison National Insurance Company that was designed to protect me if I became disabled. Unfortunately, I did become totally disabled. However, Mad. Nat. kept denying my claim even in the ...face of medical testimonies by my physicians. I had no choice but to seek out a lawyer to help fight the insurance company. Mr. Olson was recommended to my wife and me through a lawyer she knew through her work. Mr. Olson took my information and began the siege to get my insurance claim honored. He explained what he was going to do; what the insurance company was probably going to do; and informed me what I needed to do. All in very clear English. His predictions about the insurance company were correct. They took every opportunity to stall that they could. This epic started in 2005 and was not resolved until this summer (2010). During this time Mr. Olson CARED after both my legal issues and took the time to make sure that my anxiety about the process was lessened by his kind words and swiftness of his responses. We have become friends. He is a great lawyer. He included me in all but the most mundane decisions. He finally got the b*****ds to the negotiating table and began to wear down their reluctance to pay me according to the policy I purchased from Mad. Nat. Finally, I received the monies owed to me. He even was willing to reduce his fees so that I felt whole and vindicated. If you are reading this blog, I am sorry for your troubles. However, this represents the beginning of the resolution to your troubles. I strongly encourage you to seek out Atty. Olson’s' services. He and his staff are intelligent and compassionate advocates for YOU. I wish you good luck with the resolution of your problems. Seek out Atty. Olson for all the help you deserve.
