Excellent results

Alan and his team were on top of every aspect of our suit. Anticipating the moves of the defendants and being ready. I would highly recommend.

Justice in an Unjust World

The ratings are not high enough! Alan did an excellent job. Although I was initially nervous and wanted to do the right thing, Alan clarified matters for me and made me feel confident that what we were doing was just and fair. My goal was to get what was rightfully due me, so I wouldn't have regr...ets in the future at not challenging my former employer's treatment of me regarding wrongful termination around Age discrimination and retaliation plus ERISA vioations around retirement funds. He answered all my questions and kept me in the loop in all negotiations. I was happy with the settlement monies, which was more than expected. He is extremely ethical in all his dealings and represented me well, in a way I could not represent myself as I hate confrontation and was still licking my wounds from the treatment of my former employer. Alan certainly did exceed my expectations in all areas. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone who believes they may have been treated wrongfully by their employer or former employer.

Small Town Employee vs International Company

Alan provided great guidance on how to handle my case. He articulated the holes in the companys position and used their own depositions and testimony to win my case. He truly is one who can can give the best possible legal assistance for employees who take on companies that have unlimited resour...ces. Alan did an incredible job!

Recently resolved with satisfaction

Worked with me over the long haul ( 3 years ). Alan and staff are professional, loyal to my needs, and accommodating to my situation. They provide sound and concise advice and firm practices that are professional and results oriented. Dedicated and trustworthy

Attorney Olson listened to my concerns and was realistic with me. He is clearly dedicated to helping those who believe that they may have experienced discriminatory or retaliatory action at the hands of an employer. He is professional, kind, and authentic.
