Finally, a lawyer that's a good guy.

Worked with Tom on a gun trust establishment and here's a guy fighting for the rights of the people. He was highly educational and honest with great business practices. He clearly invests in his clients and his reputation. I carry his card with me all the time--though I hope I won't need it! Don'...t call those sleazeballs on TV who spend your money on William Shatner or "One call, that's all" Knuckleheads. Call a firm that knows what they're doing and will get down to it. P.S. Tom was very polite and fun to talk with.

Work on Gun Trusts

My first meeting was outstanding. Tom is so thorough about these types of trusts, but more importantly he knows the law enforcement side that explains so well what to expect if you are stopped by law enforcement and how ATF looks at gun trusts. I could go on-and-on, but in the end walked out with t...he document I wanted. I would highly recommend Tom Grieve for anything related to firearms and following the law.

I could not have chosen a better attorney

Tom handled my firearm case in a professional and competent manner. From start to finish, I knew he cared about me and the extreme stressful state that I was in. Because of his expertise, we won 2 two charges made by a very aggressive prosecutor.

Clearly a frontrunner when it comes to 2A law

I initially hired Mr. Grieve after reading many reviews that showcased his knowledge in firearms law. His expertise on the matter was obviously great, especially when all options were reviewed in detail and explanations were made where necessary. He is truly a scholar in his field.

I could not have found a more excellent attorney

Attorney Grieve represented me in a case involving my firearm. According to the law, I didn't commit a crime. This didn't stop a Waukesha County DA from charging me with a crime - not once, but twice. Both cases were dismissed for No Probable Cause. But, the process took over a year. Never having com...mitted a crime in my life, the criminal justice system was foreign and terrifying to me. Tom was wonderful about informing me as to what would happen, not only that first day in court, but with all that followed. He knew, and was sensitive to, how upset I was - in fact, I was an emotional mess! Added to this, the media had a field day. Reporters were at the first hearing doing everything they could to get me to say something they could use (probably against me). Thanks to Tom's instructions for what the media might do, I didn't say one word. I can tell you that if I hadn't trusted Attorney Grieve, I would have spoken out and most likely in anger. In fact, in this long process, I realized that I could trust his counsel always. I never in my entire life thought I would need a defense attorney. And, most definitely, I could not have found a more excellent one! Tom is not only a competent attorney but a person of character both ethically and morally.
